Let us help you.

There are two ways we financially support families through the Autism Strong Foundation.

Our programs emphasize our desire to support families in our community and offer a different way for families to afford autism therapies like OT, Speech and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and to give joy through the holiday season without stressing about the financial strain it could cause.

LANDON'S HOPE SCHOLARSHIP

Founders of ASF, the Thoms family, have seen firsthand the positive impacts of therapy and want others to benefit from it as well. Landon’s Hope Grant provides a child with autism the ABA therapy they need and deserve through a gift of therapy hours. This grant will be used to help meet insurance deductibles, co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses. Our Foundation is located in Waxhaw, NC and has a heart to serve our local community. Scholarships are given to those who reside and receive services in the following counties in North Carolina (Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln) and South Carolina (York, Lancaster).

In order to be eligible for Landon’s Hope Scholarship, the applicant must be able to provide documentation of the following:

  • Current medical insurance benefits

  • Household income and appropriate tax documents

  • Medical diagnosis

Applications will open on September 7, 2023.

All 2023 scholarship applicants will be notified by December 31, 2023 with monies given towards the 2024 calendar year.

ANGELS 4 AUTISM

Every holiday season, we set out to impact families through our Angels 4 Autism program. This program allows us to adopt a child with autism and their entire family for the holiday season. Working together with the parents, we are able to provide gifts for family members, especially items that are critical to the development of the autistic child. Families can submit for consideration during the month of November.
