How we support our community
Landon's Hope Scholarship
Named for our foundation's inspiration, Landon, Landon's Hope Scholarship emphasizes our desire to come around the families in our community and offer a way to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to a child with autism when the family is unable to afford it. The Thoms Family have seen firsthand the impact ABA therapy can have on a child. Through fundraising events, corporate sponsorships and individual donors, Landon's Hope Scholarship is able to gift therapy hours and make a long-term impact on children with autism. All grants are announced on March 20th, Landon's Birthday. If you are interested in applying to be a recipient of this program, please contact us here. Applications are currently closed!
angels 4 Autism
Every holiday season, we set out to impact as many families as possible through our Angels 4 Autism program. Individuals are able to be an angel to a child with autism by making a financial donation to cover the cost of a therapy tablet. Their generosity allows us to deliver therapy tablets loaded with specific therapeutic learning application programs to children with autism all across Charlotte for Christmas. Projected growth based on donations
2013 - 2017
YEAR by YEAR GROWTH
Since our very first AMRAP 4 AUTISM fundraiser in 2013, ASF has seen steady growth in both community support and funds raised. In 2017, our goal is to raise $50,000 to support Charlotte area families through our two programs, the Landon's Hope Scholarship and Angels 4 Autism.
